Our Letter to You
Dear Expectant Mom,
We are so honored that you would take the time to get to know us.
We are so thankful for you and your brave choice of life.
We want you to know that we have been praying for you and will continue to pray.
We hope you enjoy our story and get to know us a bit.
Our Story
We met 10 years ago! We wrote to each other for six months while Stacie was on a missions trip in Malawi.
We started dating and were engaged 6 months later! We were married on July 5th, eleven months after that!
We have been married for nine years now and fall more in love with each other each day!
About Ben
loves God- loves others- loves games
Ben Says:
I like playing games with people, whether outdoor or board games- really any competition. I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, pickleball, and snowmobiling.
Job: Discipleship Director
I am on staff at my church focusing on helping and reaching out to people who want to know more about God and have life direction. My responsibilities include leading group study, counseling, working alongside the men to maintain the property, chopping wood, lawn care, building projects, etc.
Likes:
food= chicken franchise, book= the Bible, music= epic classical, animal= bald eagle
Stacie Says:
I love Ben more everyday. He is someone who loves God & loves & cares for other people. He is fun & enjoys life. He is gentle, kind, patient, & leads our family well.
Ben is an incredible Daddy- he is generous & consistent, kind & wants what is best. He is good with children of all ages. He is constant, steady, dependable, loving & fun!
About Stacie
loves Jesus- loves being wife & mom- loves to sing
Stacie Says:
I love being wife and mom. I love spending time with people (especially my family) whether talking, playing games, watching movies, or singing. I also like to read. I love music of all kinds- jazz, musicals, folk rock. I am always singing or humming. I play the piano a little and enjoy listening to records.
Job: Stay at Home Mom
I love being able to stay home with Jed- creating a fun, safe, and welcoming home to learn and grow and love others. I'm starting to homeschool. I also counsel one woman at a time, whether in person or online.
Favorite Things:
food=ziti, fruit= mango, books= The Chronicles of Narnia & Hinds Feet on High Places, movie= Little Women
Ben Says:
I fell in love with Stacie because she loves people, is compassionate, goofy (cute- we call them Stacie moments), beautiful, fun to be with, she is gracious and kind.
She has been such a loving mom to Jed and loving wife to me! She is great with kids, always singing and making melodies. She is fun and firm, consistent yet flexible, most of all- she loves Jesus.
About Jed

We were blessed to have adopted Jedidiah and are so thankful!

Jed is really fun and funny and loves to tell jokes and make others laugh!
He loves to listen to stories and pretend. He has lots of friends and loves to play with others. He prays for a sister or a brother (or both)!

Our
Family
We love to be together and having fun!
We love to play games together, whether board games, card games (our favorite is UNO Attack), or the switch (Mario Kart 8)!
We like to cook together and eating it of course! We've gone camping, to theme parks, and we all love the beach! We live near playgrounds, lakes, and a gymnasium too, so we have lots of opportunities to have fun together!
